Calls to our line
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call, the dispatcher may ask for your name, the service address, a callback number and a description of the problem so a plumber can be sent.
We use that information to arrange and carry out the service you asked for, to follow up on it, and to improve how the line is run.
This website
This website does not have forms and does not ask you to type personal details into it. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to answer it.
Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads.
Sharing and your choices
We share job details with the licensed plumber assigned to your call and with service providers that help run the phone line. You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing the address above.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the bottom of the page shows the latest change.
