Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. The site gives general plumbing information and the phone number for Park Forest Express Plumbing. It is not a substitute for a licensed plumber looking at your system in person.
Service by phone
Service is arranged by phone. A plumber explains the problem, the plan and the price before any work begins, and work starts only after you agree. Appointment times depend on the day, the weather and how many calls are open, so same-day appointments are offered when available.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
Emergencies and gas
In a life-threatening situation call 911. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 before you call a plumber.
Information on this site
Articles and service pages are written to help you understand a problem. Costs, code rules and permit requirements change, so ask the Village of Park Forest Building Department or the Village where you live about permits before work starts.
We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general information on this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
